Bruce and Margaret Weir Trust

The Trustees of The Bruce and Margaret Weir Trust invite applications for a scholarship available to students entering into their second year of full time tertiary education.

• Applicant’s principal residence must have been within the Cowra District. Applicants whose main residence was in Cowra but completed secondary education away are eligible.

• Applicants must not be a recipient of any significant financial support from a government department, corporation, institution or community group.

• Support will be subject to annual review.The scholarship is for a maximum of three years.

• The scholarship may be divided between Applicants.

The purpose of the scholarships is to aid Cowra students to continue their study.

The Trustees will assess and award the scholarships following interviews late January and will not consider any challenge to their decision.
