Caley Mok Makes Top 5 Again

Local real estate agent Caley Mok has been named in Ray White Rural’s Client’s Choice Top 5 for the second year in a row.

The award covered agents that work under the national Ray White Rural network for 2021-22, with Mr Mok representing local Ray White Rural franchise Emms Mooney.

It recognises the customer service skills displayed by real estate agents, based on customer feedback, obtained by Ray White Rural by surveying customers that make a transaction.

Mr Mok’s award was just one of a number of awards taken out by Emms Mooney, including Number One Agency, National Number One Livestock Agency, and National Number One Auction Agency, in what was an amazing result for the local agency.

Mr Mok said the recent real estate boom and the support of his colleagues had helped shape his success in his role as an agent.

“Teamwork has been a major factor, and I love working with this great team in Cowra and our other branches,” he said. “The market over the last two years has been good too. It’s been a great industry to work in.”

“To get this award for two years in a row makes me really proud of my consistency. I always keep mindful of good customer service with my clients.”

Mr Mok said the high demand for real estate recently had made the experience daunting in some ways for both buyers and sellers, and his goal had been to make the process as comfortable as possible for both.
