Calleen Art Award 2023 Exhibition Opening

The Calleen Art Award finalist exhibition’s opening and the declaration of the Calleen winner for 2023 are both open to the Cowra community. The Walker Street Band will play the opening night music at 6:15 PM on Saturday, October 7, 2023.

The annual Calleen Art Award was established in 1977 by Cowra art patron and collector Mrs. Patricia Fagan, OAM, and is recognised as a premier acquisitive painting award that seeks to foster creativity and brilliance.

The Calleen Art Award 2023 winner will receive a prize of $25,000 thanks to the kind generosity of the Calleen Trust, and their winning piece of art will be added to the Calleen Collection at the Cowra Regional Art Gallery.
