Cowra Fields Of Gold Canola Tours To Return From End Of August

Local residents and tourists in Cowra will be able to experience the magic of its canola season once again this year, with the Cowra Tourism Corporation bringing back the hugely popular “Fields of Gold” Canola tours.

Tours will run each Saturday and Sunday from 24th August to 7th October, including the Labour Day public holiday, from 9:30am to 11:30am each day. Tours will also run from 2pm to 4pm on selected days.

Private tours are available throughout the week for four or more people.

Tickets are $55 per person, including children and infants who need their own seats on the bus, and are available to purchase online now at www.trybooking.com/events/landing/1258272.

Tours include:

The secenic flights, operated from Cowra Airport by Fly Oz, will be availble Monday to Friday from Monday 26th August to Fridy 4th October, between 9am and 3:30pm.

Flights feature picturesque birds eye views of the countryside, the spectacular sights of Wyangala Dam, Canowindra and further afield.

Flight options include:

• 30 minutes - $195- 45 minutes - $296- 60 minutes - $385Pricing is per flight, with each flight catering for up to three people.

Flights finish with a catered champagne breakfast with coffee and a presentation flight certificate at Montrose House.

The sunset tour is running on 27th and 28th September and 4th, 5th and 6th October. It includes:
