Cowra Nye Beach Party Thanks Wonderful Generosity From The People Of Cowra

The Cowra Community NYE Beach Party Committee, would like to thank the people of Cowra for their generosity at the New Year’s Eve Beach Party. We had several donation collection tins at the entry gate and our raffle table. Every year we have had a donation collection and each year we have donated that money to a selected cause.

This year the committee selected Cowra Community Chest as the recipient of the donated money. Thanks to your generosity a total of $526.55 was collected and handed over to the Cowra Community Chest. This organisation does some amazing work in Cowra Shire and you should have seen that they have collecting tins in a lot of Cowra businesses. We would encourage you to drop in any loose change that you may have into these tins, when you are buying from the businesses that have these collection tins.

Last week some of the Beach Party Committee met with Cowra Community Chest Board members for a handover. Your donations will go towards the great work that these people do for the people of Cowra and we are grateful for your support.
