Gooloogong Recreation Park Valentine’s Day Markets This Sunday

Come along to the Gooloogong Recreation Park Valentine’s Markets on Sunday 12th February 2023 from 9am to 1pm.

The organisers hope to start 2023 off with a sensational market especially after the disappointing weather conditions and road closures late last year. The popularity of the Gooloogong Markets is increasing as people hear about the great morning to be had there and they enjoy the relaxing atmosphere created. For the first time at the markets Phillipa, from the Fitting Studio will be attending. She is a professional bra fitter who will be attending in her retro van with a great range of bras, briefs, camisoles, swimwear, hats and more. Items can be purchased on the day or ordered if she doesn’t have your size in stock.

Local Authoress, Claudia Harrison will also be at the markets for the first time. Claudia will have her wonderful books with her for sale and she will autograph them for you as well. Claudia’s next book is progressing nicely and will be released shortly so this will be a great opportunity to ask Claudia about it.

Making their return this market is OMG Donuts with their deca-dent donuts, their range includes a gluten free range and well as other amazing flavours. Some of the other stalls to date include bread, pastries, fashion wear, cooking, soaps, jewellery, candles, pottery, fruit and vegetables, woodwork, sewing, jams and produce, plants, bric a brac, and you may even see a pop up hairdresser and lots of other stalls. It is the Market’s policy not to have too many stalls selling the same products so those attending can expect a variety of stalls with high quality products.

The market caters not only for adults but also the children can enjoy the playground facilities and more. Mums and Dads can relax with a coffee from our new coffee van, Tanks Coffee 2U, listen to the music by Alex Mitchell, partake of the various foods available including egg and bacon rolls, sausage sizzle, donuts, pastries or just catch up with friends.

Please be reminded that EFTPOS facilities at the markets are not always available due to poor internet reception so be prepared with cash to make sure you do not miss our on that special purchase.
