Karley Miller is a local girl who has been fighting all her young life. Suffering a stroke in her mothers womb Karley is a miracle. She has faced challenge after challenge and has always maintained a strong and positive zest for life and has always reached for every experience she can. A keen athlete in her younger years Karley was faced with a lifesaving surgery removing half of her brain. Even then, Karley strived to experience life, learn new things, and embrace something that many of us take for granted. She has seen the beauty in the world and her flare for photography was discovered. Karley captures the world, in all its shapes, textures and beauty. She puts aside her struggles and finds joy in people and places. Karley is truly an inspiration.

Sadly, Karley has once again seen a challenge come her way. Karley has been on Life Support in Royal Prince Alfred Hospital now for several weeks and true to her character she is fighting. Faced with yet another surgery Karley’s family are also once again enduring the difficulties of distance and the expenses that burden families in supporting their loved ones in times of crisis.

Yellow House and Club Cowra have joined forces to facilitate an auction of 8 of Karley’s beautiful photographic collection to raise much needed funds to help her family support her in the months ahead. The Auction will be held in CJ’s @ 101Brisbane St on Saturday July 22nd from 6pm. Images can be viewed on the Club Cowra Facebook page and proxy bids will be ac-cepted. All images will be enlarged and framed. For more information, please call Marc on 0417 756 524
