Kurtz Shines At Awards Night In Manchester

Brady Kurtz, Cowra’s homegrown speedway ace continued his winning way after Captaining the Belle Vue Aces to victory in the British Premier League Championship this season.
The Club’s Awards night and presentation was held in Manchester last Saturday night. Brady scooped the pools and was awarded the following honours for the Club:
- Rider of the Year
- Aces Top Points Scorer (Chris Morton Award)
- Aces Manager’s Rider of the Year (Dent Oliver Award)
To also top the season off, Brady partnered with fellow rider Matej Zagar to secure a win in their home round of the Premiership Pairs on the Thursday night prior to the presentation.
Brady will soon return to Australia for a well earnt rest before competing in the 2023 Australian Speedway Championships to be held over 5 Rounds:
- R1 - Gillman Speedway, SA – 3 January R2 - Olympic Park, Mildura – VIC – 5 January
- R3 - Diamond Park Raceway, Albury – Wodonga – VIC – 7 January
- R4 - Loxford Park Raceway, Kurri Kurri – NSW – 9 January
- R5 - North Brisbane Speedway, North Brisbane – QLD – 11 January
