Local Real Estate Agent Wins Agent Of The Year

Local real estate agent Adam Gambrill has been awarded Agent of the Year for Cowra by real estate rating website RateMyAgent.

Mr Gambrill, who works for Ray White Emms Mooney in Cowra, received the award last week after putting in a stellar performance in local residential property sales over the last 12 months.

The RateMyAgent awards acknowledge those who have been the most consistently recommended by local home sellers and landlords, and are awarded based on customer ratings of real estate agents through the website.

Mr Gambrill said he was thrilled to win the award, but put it down to what he said was great team environment in the Emms Mooney office.

“We’re all very like-minded and we focus on getting the best results for our clients, and this award is a direct reflection of that,” he said. Mr Gambrill has worked with Emms Mooney for the past few years now, and he credited the support he had from his colleagues for his personal success as a real estate agent.

“Everybody wants to see everybody else succeed, and I think that’s the core of it… that creates the environment for people to perform and reach new heights,” he said.

With the real estate market all over Australia reaching levels never before seen under record-breaking demand, Mr Gambrill said that while it had driven business for real estate agencies, it had also presented challenges to overcome. “When buyers miss out on a property or when things don’t fall their way, it can be tricky to navigate at times,” he said.

“For me as an agent and for the whole company the process has always revolved around getting the best possible result for the seller… we were already pretty well set up to take advantage of the market to get the best results for our clients.”
