Player Registrations Ahead Of Winter Season

With summer coming to a close winter sports are making their move and calling for registrations.

Unlike many regional towns, Cowra’s sport enthusiasts big and small are spoiled for choice as our community offers a significant amount of options that suit a wide array of interests.

Cowra Netball Association are calling for players in ages 5-7yrs, 8-9yrs, 10-11yrs and 12yrs plus. Registrations for Netball will close on the 2nd of April.

Cowra Junior Rugby League is gearing up for a big season and their registrations are open for all age groups including League Tag. Cowra And District Junior Soccer will commence registrations shortly while Senior Soccer have already started training but are encouraging expressions of interests.

Grade training has kicked off for The Cowra Eagles, however players are still encouraged to stop by training on a Tuesday or Thursday night at 6.30pm if they are keen to join the team. Cowra Junior Rugby Union have thrown the gates open for registrations across the board, from volunteers and coaches through to players.

The Cowra Blues are also on the hunt for local AFL players to join their club and hit the field for the 2022 season.
