Raine And Horne Takes Out Awards

Raine & Horne Cowra has had an amazing month.

After only three years in business Salesmen David Fagan and Andrew Molloy have been awarded major State Awards amongst the 139 Raine & Horne franchisees in NSW.

Andrew was pipped at the post for the largest number of sales in an office by St Marys in Sydney while David was the fourth Top Principal Salesman being beaten by Principals at Bathurst, Double Bay and Mollymook.

To top off the month the national review website Rate My Agent named Raine & Horne, Cowra’s Agency of the Year. Principal David Fagan said it was testimony to the whole team that the Cowra office had done so well and been recognised for their achievements.

“We are also very grateful to the homeowners who have put their trust in us to sell their homes. It is not always an easy decision and the Raine & Horne team try and steer people safely through the process.” More than 150 families have sold through the friendly Raine & Horne team during the past 12 months.

Some have left Cowra, but many have downsized, upsized or relocated in the Shire, Mr Fagan said.

“We are also very pleased to have welcomed more than 50 new families to the shire in that time and hope they enjoy their new community”.

The Cowra real estate market has been very buoyant, and investors have taken advantage of this, selling and buying investment opportunities while rents have also risen, and demand has been very steady. Mr Fagan said there was still a strong demand for building blocks and buyers were taking advantage of the Government’s incentives and very low interest rates.
