The Cowra Centre of Riding for the Disabled has begun for the 2023 season. Students have begun their lessons in full view of the area where a new under-cover equestrian arena for use by the community of Cowra will be built. Currently there are 70 students registered to participate throughout the year. Lessons are every Wednesday of the school term and any Cowra community members are welcome to volunteer any time throughout the day to help with the smooth running of the activities.

The RDA Op Shop at 177 Kendal St, Cowra is very thankful to the Cowra community for their generous support. As this is the only Shop in Cowra fully supporting Cowra RDA, it is registered under the Australian Charities & Not For Profit Commission and all funds raised go towards funding the equine therapy for the students. The Shop is pivotal in the support of the day to day running of Cowra RDA and will contribute towards the ongoing maintenance and running of the new arena. The shop opening hours are 10am till 4pm every day except Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

If anyone is interested in helping with any of our activities please contact David Hawkins (President) Ph 0402 482 411 or Jenny Wright (Secretary) 0428 436 237
