A record number of Festival Youth Ambassadors are participating this year representing a wide range of Schools and Community Arts, Service, Sports and Cultural Organisations.

They’re working to promote the festival, develop their leadership and public speaking skills whilst raising funds and awareness for a number of local organisations along with organisations that directly help the people of Cowra. On Wednesday 17 March the Youth Ambassadors will be paying a visit to Canberra to meet with Dame Annette King, New Zealand High Commissioner and have morning tea with the High Commission Staff.

They’re having a busy lead up to the festival, preparing to MC the Festival Dinner on 26 March, pay visits to our Seniors and conduct a number of fundraising and awareness raising activities.
