Santa isn’t just flying in by plane this weekend, he is also hitching a ride out to Woodstock this Saturday for his annual stop at the Woodstock Hotel. If his travels go to plan, he will be stopping in for a cold refreshment and some Christmas cheer from 5.30pm-6pm. For families looking for a way to fill in an evening, why not head on out and have a nice cold drink and some festive fun at the hotel? But, there is no need for the fun to stop there with many residents of the village competing for the title of the brightest, biggest and best Christmas light display in the Cowra area. The competition is strong between Woodstock locals with some Christmas displays shining so brightly that they could almost be seen from the sky. Take a tour around the town to see some of the creative displays that include reindeers, Santas and much more.

Spreading the love for our surrounding hotels and villages has never been more crucial following a rollercoaster year of economic struggle. So when you’re looking for something to do this summer, why not widen your search and head out to some of the smaller establishments and take some time to explore the township. There is always something unique to find and some of the best experiences are free.

Bookings for meals this Saturday night are essential so please head to the Woodstock Hotel Facebook page for more information.
